Our stay at Hotel Jardines De La Villa was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to the main square and attractions in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even changing our reservation for us free of charge. The shower in the room was excellent, providing a strong and hot water flow. The breakfast at a nearby hotel was also delicious. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of English-speaking staff and the need to use Google Translate for communication, we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in Villa de Leyva.

This hotel is an incredible find! The location is absolutely perfect, right near the main square. The beautiful building has a charming rustic feel, and the open courtyard adds a special touch. The rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and powerful showers. Plus, the staff is outstanding - Tania went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The whole family loved our stay here and would definitely come back when visiting this charming town.
No improvements needed, everything was excellent.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, right next to the main square. I loved being able to stroll around and explore the city without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. They went the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had a lovely view from the balcony. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a great start to each day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. There was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was very central to everything. Plus, the room had a balcony and a fabulous bathroom with high-quality linens, pillows, and towels.
The check-in process was inflexible, and we had to wait a long time before getting our room. , the balcony was small and the street noise at night was a bit too much for a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which made me feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony with a view, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the breakfast at the sister hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and powerful showers. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The breakfast served at the nearby sister hotel is delicious and fresh. Guests can also enjoy coffee, tea, and water in the courtyard.
Some rooms may experience noise issues due to the hotel's design and location.

The Easter stay had its moments like the complementary breakfast and the swimming pool located in the beautiful external hotel. The hotel's location, being close to the main square, ensured that there were lots of places to visit and access restaurants with ease. The beautiful double beds created a comfortable stay that was enjoyed throughout the night.
The hotel lacked flexibility, as we couldn't rest before starting the planned tours and activities as our room was still unavailable. The rooms and bathrooms opened up to the corridor, leaving a feeling of lack of privacy.
